ACT How to get pictures removed

If someone has posted pictures of my child on there facebook account with out my permission and I've reported it but facebook still hasn't removed it can I get the police to remove it or how do I legally get it removed also this person has written slander about me saying I'm his ex and that I cheated on him when we never went out if you could advise me what I can legally do about this. Thanks

If this person has a job and some assets, see a lawyer and have the lawyer send this person what is effectively a demand letter, but in defamation matters it is a concerns notice.

If the person is on the dole it is not worth it.
