I am currently going through an property settlement with the ex wife and she wont leave the property and has come to me attention that she has been hosting homestay student/ students at my property.
The property is solely under my name and so is the mortgage.
I paid for the whole mortgage as she wont make any financial contributions. Basically she is making money from homestay student/ students while I am paying for the property.
I would like to ask if anyone know the legal requirements in order to be hosting homestay students?
Eg. That you need to be the owner of the property or have permission to do so from the owner.
