My friend who is a resident and citizen of Holland is applying for a visa to visit Australia on Holiday. He has been previously deported from Australia for overstaying a visa by 5 years. (deported around 15 years ago) He has recently applied for a Federal Police Clearance for his holiday visa application to return to Australia. When applying online the form has said there is unspent convictions in Australia under his name.
How does he go about investigating these convictions?
