They parked it in front of their garage, which isn't a marked parking spot. It is also in the way of my car reversing out of my own garage, making it a bit of challenge to do so.

Yesterday, I misjudged distances and scratched it. I'm wondering if it's entirely my fault under Property Law.

I'll ask them never to park there again, but what if they persist and I hit them again?

Thanks.

Is the space in front of the garage part of the common property?

I think so.

It's in front of their garage, which is at the end of the driveway.

A small / short driveway. They need to drive past my garage front to get to their own.

I could reverse out of my garage in the other direction all the way out to the main road, I suppose, but that's dangerous.

I'll need to check with the body corporate.
