Help I am trapped between visa subclass 300 and 820

I am Hassan and I came to Australia on a subclass 300, prospective marriage. My wife is Australian while I'm from Egypt, we have been in a relationship since 2017 and we have been blessed with a daughter who is 2years . We got married September last year. We had a misunderstanding at her parents house. Now she is insisting we are not going to live together and I should find a place to stay and that I should get a migration agent to know my options for she will not sponsor my 820(we are yet to apply). She won't allow me to see my daughter. What are my options and what can I do with regards to my residency. Visa 300 expires may 14
