I have applied for a Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) on August 17, 2017. I got all the relevant documents including PCC from FBI. My H1B visa got rejected sometime back. Will that affect the outcome of the application? Also, when should I be able to hear back from the DIBP about the visa?

No, I am not in Australia now. My US lawyers have asked for the refusal from USCIS but under FOIA, USCIS refused to divulge the information. So, I am not sure on which grounds my H1B visa has been refused.
