My sister went to Bunnings a few days ago, she asked for help at the customer service counter and at the allies for some help with some heavy mashing that is stored on the top shelf, all the staff she has approached refused to help her, she tried to take the meshing down and it fell on her head. She is now feeling very sick, with very severe headache, double vision, she cannot even talk properly. She has made an appointment to see the doctor tomorrow. She has contacted Fair Trading and Bunnings' Store and Headquarters. Fair Trading said that it has nothing to do with them. Bunnings said that it is a small matter and is not doing anything about it.

Please help, need some advise.

This needs legal advice, so I suggest speaking to a lawyer above all else.
