I have no charge or conviction against me. Only an avo.
Please advise.
How likely is it that the application will go to Vaccu?

If the avo is a first and there are no breaches or convictions, i presume it should get accepted subject to other requirements like character and police check. Also bear in mind, if you had the chance to be heard in court and the avo was issued, then according to immigration law family violence is deemed to have taken place, in this case your chances of approval are low as that would affect your character requirement. However, if the case wasn't heard in court and you both accepted the avo to being issued with consent or an avo without admission ( these are the most common choices to save legal fees), then immigration cannot deem that violence has taken place. The latter situation might prompt an investigation by the department, im not sure how this is conducted, but in this case you are most likely to get your visa approved.
