I managed to get that all down in the FWC application. Does FCA look at copies and take into account application and responses in the FWC. Or the process starts fresh and any info provided to fwc disregarded

Claims at court though are a different beast to submissions made at the FWC.

That is something you pay for. The IP put into a statement of claim is valuable and not given away by lawyers.

No different to asking any other profession to provide their knowledge and skills for free.

No harm asking, and you may get lucky finding something, however it is not something I provide for free - unless you want to take over my HECS debt?
