Finding out after 10 months I have a granddaughter after being told that the paternity test that was given was a bogus one with a number of people lying was shock enough, but to have them live in my home for months & grow attached to her only to have the mother leave again is devastating. I have no way of knowing if I'll ever see My granddaughter again & have no legal rights as My Son is not named as the father.

Do I just let this go or is there any way I can go about this legally under family law & prove paternity through DNA testing so my Son can have visitation rights?
