Thank you for your response. They have said that their business has been closed and they are both unemployed. For me its not worth the time and effort involved in taking them to court. I was wondering if it would do any good to file a complaint so that they are aware that it has happened to a few people. From reading the initial comments on this thread I assume that the business has closed due to previous complaints.
