what would be my friends rights she hired a truck to move house and the two men that helped her offered to take the truck and she said thankyou they have not returned the truck and done fraud and break and enters in it then had someone else return the truck and sign her name 3 days later my friend was unaware that this had happened until police called her informing her of what had happened and that if she could not find these guys she would be charged with these offences is this correct

1. Did these men steal any of your friend's stuffs when they took the truck?
2. Did your friend report the men stealing the truck with the police? If so, how long after the truck was stolen did she report to the police?
3. Did these men make out they were the driver of the truck? What made your friend believe these men were from the truck company? (e.g. were they wearing fake uniforms from the truck company?)
4. Has your friend been charged with any offence by the police yet?
