QLD Family Court - Time Spent with Child?

Hi,

I have my 3.5 years old child at the moment only at daytime from 2 pm to 6 pm. In that time, I provide the child food and drive the child to visits the child’s friends. My ex constantly takes the child after 6 pm out.

How much longer could I ask the family court to spend time with my child during the day?

I'd be looking for 2-3 nights a week...

Is there any reason you can't seek five or six nights a fortnight or equal time?
