VIC Family Court Lawyer Causing Delays?

I'm having a few issues with my lawyer and family court is in 4 weeks. I feel like they are deliberately causing delays for more money. I have been paying them and my case was meant to finish in October last year and there are delays all the time. Is there anything I can do, as the court is soon and it would be too expensive to pay a new lawyer now.
