NSW Ex Husband's Bankruptcy Prior to Property Settlement - How to Sell House?

My ex husband was placed into bankruptcy prior to property settlement. A caveat was placed on the home. I was advised i would need to pay the debt or i would need to sell the house to come up with the funds.

I agreed on a figure to pay the trustee. When I advised I would need to sell the home to come up with the funds, the trustee put up the price on the offer. I have now agreed on a higher figure (through much disgust).

What is needed now to be able to sell the home? The Certificate of Title is still currently in my ex husband's and my name.
