Ex Husband Hassles - Keeps Posting Photos on Facebook

My ex husband who is not a biological father to any of my kids continues posting their photos on Facebook on his account despite being separated and now going through divorce as well as keeping photos of me posted on his Facebook wall after I have requested for him to remove them but he refuses to remove and delete them. What can I do?

If the divorce is already happening,
do you already have a lawyer involved?

If so, ask them about the chances of getting an court order
requiring your estranged husband to remove them.

He continues to say that because they are HIS photos of me, that he can use them...but I disagree.

I agree with @Worldly1, have you been able to remove the photos using Facebook's removal request forms?

I have requested for them to be removed, but they never were. He has since blocked me.
