Good morning,

I’m wondering if I can get some insight into evictions on commercial tenants in Victoria. I have a warehouse and my tenant has just simply not paid for the last two months. I know he’s operating out of the warehouse as I’ve driven past and there is a lot of activity there but every time the realtor calls he just does not answer.

i know there is a moratorium on evictions in Victoria at the moment but what’s my recourse? Can I get my payments for all that he hasn’t paid? He’s a sole trader.
If he has a home can I put a caveat on it as the debts are now almost $5k.
