I have served my ex employer with denial of contractual entitlements and we attended conciliation on 23rd August. They agreed to a settlement (which was lower than my entitlements) however have reneged on this and not paid. I cannot afford to employ a lawyer for advice and representation and am never able to get through to the Employment Law Centre. Slowly losing the will to live
