Hey all, previous proceedings now listed as closed produced orders with the following

12. The Applicant pay the Respondent’s costs incurred in the parenting proceedings commencing
10March2016 and ongoing, such costs to be agreed or fixed by the Court.

13. The mother’s solicitors file an Affidavit annexing their Bills of Costs and the proposed Costs Order
within 28 days.

14. Liberty to either party to relist for submissions within a further 28 days thereafter

Never heard anything further from ex's 'solicitor's' or of any " fixed by the court " extortion like demands.

Fast forward almost 4 years  ! & may have to return to the federal circuit pond for further battle.
Can these evil dooers badger the Judge into agreeing I have no right to seek court ruling whilst the above conditions weren't met ?
I'm sure I've read instances of this occurring albeit no idea of time-frames involved.

cheers
