SA Early Release of Superannuation - Settle Personal Loan with Debt Collectors?

I have been contacted by debt collectors, collection house, in regards to a personal loan account with the Commonwealth Bank which is in arrears. I have been invited to negotiate an early settlement of the personal loan.

My legal question is can I withdraw from my Sun Super superannuation account? To pay out the account or at least ease the hardship?
