I am a permanent residence and about 3 moths ago I made a mistake and was found in possession of small amount of cannabis in QLD.
I participated in a diversion program, did not go to court, do not have a conviction and was not charged with any offence, there was no admission of guilt either, so my criminal record is clean.
If I were to travel and then came back to Australia, will there be any possible problems on the border because of that diversion?
