I am wishing to pursue a civil claim against ex spouse due to the harm the domestic violence he perpetrated has caused. It created financial loss and led to my daughter leaving my care due to the state I was in. Does this come under personal injury? Also to DIY, what forms would I need to use to file within the courts?
Any information at all would be wonderful.

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced. Pursuing a civil claim against your ex-spouse for harm from domestic violence can be a complex process. In many cases, the harm caused by domestic violence can be considered a form of personal injury, especially if it led to financial loss and significant emotional distress affecting your daughter's care.
