Where wd a worker stand in event of having an accident due to company utility vehicle's poor mechanical state.
Boss refuses to service vehicle,
Worker has to even pay for new battery out of his own pocket. As utility vehicle had car battery in it, insufficient to power vehicle.
Brakes are failing, cv joints as well, vehicle crab walks due to this, pouring out oil, gasket issue, driving on spare tyre as other tyre damaged beyond repair, bald tyres.
Boss refuses to do anything.
In Tasmania vehicles do not have to be serviced for rego.
