Hello,

This question is based on beauty/medical industry.

A client came in for treatment was made aware of possible risks and side effects before procedure commenced and this was well documented.

Client unfortunately states she has suffered from one of these risks which affects their appearance which usually lasts about 2 weeks and then they fully recover.

Now client is stating negligence and want compensation and to report to medical board.

They also stated they had another procedure elsewhere a few days post which also could have caused what they’re complaining about even though i cant see any difference.

What do I do?
