Good luck with that. I'm sure with the support of the other parents working as a group you will get the principal to see you way.
Otherwise you may need to find a like minded school that supports you position.

Perhaps you can write a letter to the State education minister stating your concerns and/or telephone the minister's department and request a meeting. The Victorian Government takes issues of protecting children from harm very seriously.
