My ex is seeking to change our existing parenting orders and has filed an initiating application.
The court date and location have been set for Melbourne next year, however I live in Queensland so I would like the location moved to Brisbane, which is more convenient for me.
I can't find much on this topic online, but read somewhere that if you are the respondent and live >100km from the court location you can apply to have the hearing location moved. Appreciate if anyone has any experience or advice on this.
