Hi Everyone, my brother has been found to have defrauded Centrelink and although it may be around $10k from 25 years ago he has owned up and will pay it back immediately when the court case is over but he is so petrified of going to jail that he can hardly function. I have real concerns about his mental state. Could anyone tell me if the likelihood of him doing time? He has multiple medical conditions and has not worked much for 3 years but did not go on the dole or disability payments. Thanks!
