cash settlement sum to be paid out within 2 years in financial separation

I am having consent order with my ex for the financial settlement. I am wondering if cash settlement sum to be paid out within 2 years in financial separation is possible. I am paying 50k to my ex, but hoping to split it in 2 years term. Thank you in advance.

Are you doing it yourself or have a lawyer writing it up? ..... End of the day, if you both agree with that arrangement AND it's accepted by the court registrar, then it's doable.
