A girl knowingly had open cold sores on her face and kissed me, she chose to not disclose this information that she had herpes and took no course of action for preventing the transmission to me. I'm now faced with a lifelong incurable virus, that makes me highly infectious to others. I recently came out of depression and I'm now that I'm faced with this news, I'm not too sure how I will be able to get past this. The psychological trauma this is putting me through is something I will not easily forget, this feels like a nightmare I haven't woken up from yet and I need some closure on this. It doesn't feel fair that someone could carelessly and knowingly spread something so taxing on someones psychological well being with no consequences
