ACT Can Texts be Written Notice Under Property Law?

    I texted my landlord that I'm moving out via mobile SMS and Kakaotalk (a mobile app). Can these be official written notice under property law?

    It's not desirable, but it should be sufficient notice. Unless the lease agreement states otherwise?
