I have a Safeworking ticket valid till Nov16. An instruction was issued which states: - "every 3 months (Quarter) proof of Safeworking documentation need to be submitted, otherwise, lose Safeworking ticket." I sent the Safeworking documentation to the wrong email address and the same email was sent to the safety coach of Safe Work Australia, yet I still lost it. 2 issues; 1- no warnings/notifications were sent prior to the end of every quarter. 2- the safety coach accepted the documentation as the proof should include the original email which satisfies her criteria. However, her manager didn't accept the documentation and considered it as a late submission. My question is: 1- Can they cancel Safeworking tickets even though there is a proof (sent to the wrong email) that it was sent on time? 2- Can they cancel tickets without sending any prior warnings/notifications?
