QLD Can a seller sell the goods again if purchaser doesn't pick it up

I bought a food trailer from a company in Brisbane 3 years ago, they sent me an invoice and I paid it in full, it was $14700. Due to some uncertain events I ended up in jail. I have contacted the seller telling him I couldn't pick it up because of some U certain events, the seller is not sure that he would give me the trailer or the money back. The seller reckons because I didn't pick it for 3 years he has got a right to sell it. Can I do anything about it legally. Thanks
