So you are basing this "jail thing" only on the word of children? .... You don't think maybe dad loves his kids & is perfectly able to look out for them while in his care?

Thank you, though to be honest dad doesn't make the best choices (I divorced him because of it) and s**t needs to head the fan with him before he realises that something might be wrong. So in summary I should just pick-up the broken pieces as they head my way. Noted.
