Hi

I'd appreciate it if you could help me with my query urgently. I need to know if I meet the four year residence requirement before applying for the Australian citizenship application. Noting I meet other residence requirements.

Below are my first entry dates to Australia:

First entry to Australia: 26/12/2013 – 13/01/2014.

Visitor visa valid from 12/11/13 to 12/5/14.

Travel outside Australia: from 13/01/2014 to 19/09/2014.

Held visitor visa valid from 30/4/2017 till 30/10/2014 : Visa not used.

Second entry to Australia: 19/09/2014 to 17/07/2015

Partner visa 309 granted on 1/9/2014.

I've been in Oz since then on partner visa 309 until being granted the permanent visa on 4/4/2017 with no more than 12 months exit from Oz in the last 4 years and no more than 90 days in the last year.

Thank you very much!

Hi, I have not calculated your times in Australia, but what you need to calculate is the time spent after you got the residency visa. I am not sure if the time spent in Australia on visit visa is included. Your best bet is to talk to an immigration lawyer to give you the best advice. (I may be wrong regarding the visit visa period if it is not included or included).
