NSW Appointment of Lawyer - How to Move On from Delays?

Ex continues to ask for more time over and over in appointing lawyer. They told me previously they can't afford one. I have appointed a lawyer. When and how can we move on from these delays under Family Law?

The best person to ask would be your Lawyer. They may have a strategy in mind and will be able to give you ideas on how long you should let him have to find a lawyer.
