I used my friend's credit card information in online shopping, in 48 different shops which cost 3000$. We tried and stopped it and I told her to I would pay her back and settled it down. But when we went in, the bank the teller says that it's already in the police's hand.

I'm still waiting for the police to come by the house to ask questions but they still haven't come. Is there any possibility that I am going to jail? Or can we still stop the investigation?

Can't answer your questions. You need to give a lawyer all the facts, including your past history. If this is a first time offence you may be lucky and get community service and a fine and pay restitution. Recommend you speak with a lawyer before talking to the police.
