QLD Agent sent agreement to incorrect email

I signed an exclusive agency agreement with an agent who has not provided me a copy with the agreement. His PA sent it to the wrong email address and the owner of that email address then forwarded it on to me after emailing the agent to let him know what happened and receiving no response. As it didn’t come from the agent directly, would this be in breach of the Property Occupations Act?
