Hi. I’m just wondering if anyone is able to help, please. I’m currently going through FCC proceedings for property and parenting matters. Now my ex husband’s former solicitors have added themselves as a 3rd Party to proceedings, seeking payment for his legal fees out of the settlement proceeds. Do I need to file a response to this? Or do I just do nothing. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks.
