There is a recovery order to return my children to their older sister. My 13 year old is in fear of returning. He is threatening to run away. Can he refuse to go

He is 13. He can refuse to go to school or the dentist but he is 13 years old... So if you choose to indulged the whims of a child you will not be looked upon fondly at your next visit to the magistrate.

If there is a recovery order for a child to be romoved from mum and put into the care of an older sibling one can only assume that legal due process has been followed. You have an obligation to follow those court orders and jail is a possible outcome if you don't
