I met a woman from Australia, and we had a serious relationship, and she visited me in 2017 in my country, Morocco.
In 2017, she returned to Australia, and the relationship with us is still serious and continues every day.

I want to apply to join it with her via a 309 class visa
But she is a little older than me. Can I get this visa or not?
If not, what is the solution, please help me.

Unless there is a significant, and patently unreasonable, difference in your ages,
then age is not a deciding factor.

What will be more difficult will be convincing the (Australian) Department of Home Affairs ("Immigration")
that you are genuinely in a de facto relationship (that is more, that mere "boyfriend and girlfriend", even if "serious"),
when you have not physically met for several years.
Have you ever even visited Australia as a tourist?
