Company Director use company bank account to pay a person called Lily wages, super and PAYG tax to pretending this person (Lily) worked in the company, then the director provided Lily’s payroll report and employment letter to the department of immigration on behalf of the company helping Lily apply for the permanent visa. But the fact is the person Lily never showed up and worked in the company and everything is just processed in the paperwork. In return, the person Lily returns the money received from the company bank account back to director’s personal account. What’s allegation the director is facing by doing this? Where we can lodge the complaint about that wrongdoing of the director.

I can see following issues:

1. director breach his duty
2. company claimed wages expense not really happened and reduced the net profit to avoid income tax
3. company provide unture information to department of immigration
4. director divert fund from company account to his personal account
They are related to different jurisdictions such as ATO, ASIC, Criminal & Immigration fraud, which party is supposed to get reported for this?

You best bet is to contact a lawyer, there are plenty of wrong activities occurred. It seems you were mistreated or your right has been taken and now you want action,
just a point to raise, if you report this, you could be involved as you were quite before and now speaking, so for this case, talk to a lawyer and get the correct info, don't leave it to people here. I am not undermining them but each will write to their experience and may not provide all the required info, this is a very tricky issue.

Good advice... Also i heard something about 'whistle blower laws' are they in effect yet? And would protect you from prosecution?
