I am a systems analyst worked at a big business for 1.5 years had a new boss come on board 4 months ago and has been working against me. I have now been suspended due to a piece of code in the first line of a piece of software we both use. I did not put this code in and it doesnt have anything to say who put it in there. The boss who acccused me was the one to find this "evidence" while I was suspended, he was also the one to come and grab my it equipment off me and has been in charge of the investigation

My question is whether this has been handled correctly so far and if I am fired for this code if I have unjust termination standing

Unlikely to have been well handled. And you should be paid while suspended. Take a support person with you to the inevitable meeting you will have to act as your witness. Take notes about the meeting and see what transpires. Too early to make a call on unfair termination as you have not yet been fired.

Thanks for the response I have been on paid suspension and had a meeting where the allegations where given as the original suspension did not state why I was being suspended and they presented that in the meeting, I was unable to have a support person due to the 48hr window in which the suspension to meeting took place. I was placed on further suspension for another 48hr and will have another meeting where this will proceed. I defended myself saying that I did not place this code in and am innocent is there anyother way I should be dealing with this in my next meeting or until then. Thank you very much

If you can't get a support person there, one option is to tell them you are recording the meeting. If this is too inflammatory, take copious notes, slow the meeting down while you write down every accusation made against you, who made it, time it was made, and your reply.
