hi
i got a speeding infringement today and i was just reviewing the fine and it says $385 fine for speeding 15km over the speed limit which carries 2 penalty units but the actual penalty unit is $192.31 so my total fine shouldn't be $385 even but $384.62 i am not by any means expecting such a error to get the fine quashed but is it enough of a error to goto court and get the judge to correct the penalty by .38c i figure any time or money i can cost the police or prosecution is a good bit i fun and revenge on my end.
so to sum up are the police allowed to just round up a fine despite the set cost of penalty units or can i dispute the difference in court for lols
thank a bunch <3
