Hi. So, I was driving in a school zone, I came around the corner(although the corner is a fair distance from where this lady was parked)

She's pulled out of the curb carpark and into my car, damaging the front left panel.

I do not have insurance and she won't claim, she's dragged it out to where I'm gonna have to take her to court.

She has a dash cam on but there's no footage because obviously I'm beside her and I have no dash cam. (I will be getting both insurance and dashcams for myself very shortly)

I'm wondering if there's any advice or thoughts on this before I start the court process.

The picture of the damage on my car is too large for the forum but there's a large dint on the front left panel where it meets the bumper, with the bumpers clip used for attaching being pulled off and snapped.
