I want to ask, if I have 190 visa as a pharmacy technician and I have my papers to enter kaps exam and be a retail pharmacist within a year, will this affect my visa? Will it affect my application for Australian citizenship later on?

No, as far as I know you can work in a different job other than that stated on your application for a 190 visa. Especially if its a higher skilled job.
