I will change the facts to illustrate my point and hope I can get answers as the policies are not clear.
Each unit in the llb is worth 10 credit points. I have already completed 6 units so have 60 cps under my belt.
I enrolled in the next semester and one of the units, copyright law, has a prerequisite of meeting 70 credit points which I had not yet achieving yet the enrolment office overlooked this and still let me attend classes for copyright that semester. I did not even realise until final results came out and I had failed it, but passed everything else.
I am re-enrolled in it now and do have the 70+ credit points. Can I use this against them to ask for a refund on that failed unit and to have the fail not recorded?
It seems like they always win and I would not be able to, but it is worth a try. Also at least repeating it now would be advantageous as I'm well aware of the material.
