Hi. Why are arrest warrants issued in any state in Australia jurisdictional? And only federal warrants are nationwide?

In short and simple, all arrest warrants are enforceable in all states and territories.
To have it otherwise would tend to frustrate the administration of justice.

Court warrants can be executed within the state. I read that on the summary procedure act 1921 (sa). Part (3) 20(2) and (4). Queensland and Victoria is the same. So hence I ask while the state arrest warrants are jurisdictional and federal warrants are nationwide. Thanks heaps

see Criminal Procedure Act 1921 (SA) ss 20(3) and 20(4)]
You can certainly be arrested on an "interstate warrant".
Consider s82 Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 (Cth))
