I have to attend local magistrate courts on a driving offence in NSW. I.have warrants in another state will this be brought up and will I possibly be arrested and sent back or is there any possibility of my interstate warrants affecting this matter...

Speaking from personal experience, no it won’t. I went to court over a DUI and had an arrest warrant in another state for skipping bail. Not a word was mentioned. If it was going to come up it would have come up when you were arrested, charged and bailed.
