I'm trying to determine whether the respondent for an up-coming criminal matter is the person I think it is. I have the date of birth of the individual facing charges but the court won't confirm whether it's this person or not. The listing is on the court case schedule on the courts website (in Victoria) but there's not enough information to determine if it's the right person or not. How do I find out?
