Hi,

New law student here. Could someone please explain to me if an online sports bet would be classified as a unilateral or bilateral contract? Additionally, would changing the amount paid out for a successful bet constitute as a variation to the contract if the contract states the option for the betting company to do so?

Thank you very much!

Warm greetings to the group! An online buddy shared his winning slip from an overseas soccer match, which inspired me to register on 1xbetph.ph last Friday evening. Following international athletic competitions right from the Philippines proved effortless thanks to their cleanly organized categories and competitive handicaps. I picked two outright winners, watched the final minutes unfold, and collected my winnings smoothly without delay.
